Conveniently situated at the A5 (Basle-Frankfurt) and A8 (Munich-Stuttgart-Karlsruhe) highways, Ettlingen is quickly and easily accessible. A suburban train (S-Bahn) leaves every ten minutes in front of
Karlsruhe Central Station (servicing IC and ICE express trains) in the direction of Ettlingen.

By car:
Highway A5 (Frankfurt-Basle), exit ‘Ettlingen/Bad Herrenalb/Karlsruhe-Rüppurr.’ Follow the signs indicating ‘Zentrum/Schloss’ (centre/castle). The most convenient is the ‘Neuer MArkt’ car park (folow signs).

By train and plane:
Take an ICE express train from Frankfurt International Airport to Karlsruhe (departure every 60 minutes, takes an hour). At Karlsruhe Central Station take the suburban trains S1 or S11 to Ettlingen (departing every 10 minutes). After 12 minutes leave the train at the ‘Erbprinz’ station.
